A charming boutique hotel just steps away from local attractions made for an ideal stay. The lovely breakfast each morning and refreshing afternoon snacks were a delightful touch. Additionally, the complimentary toiletries provided an added layer of comfort. While the atmosphere was pleasant, a bit more attention to room maintenance would elevate the experience further.

The location of Ella's Cottages is perfect, just off Duval Street. It makes exploring the vibrant surroundings very easy. I loved the charming atmosphere with beautifully maintained gardens. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I enjoyed the cozy feel of my Essential King Room with Patio. The bed was comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. The pool area was a nice spot to relax, although it's a bit small. The staff was friendly but could be a bit more attentive during peak hours. One downside was the bathroom. it was small and lacked counter space, which made getting ready a bit tricky. The breakfast offerings were decent, but I expected a bit more variety. The pastries didn’t change throughout my stay, which felt a bit repetitive. Parking could have been better explained upon arrival. Access to the parking spot took longer than it should have, which was frustrating. Overall, Ella's Cottages has a lot to offer regarding charm and location, but some improvements in amenities and service would enhance the stay.

The buttermilk biscuits for breakfast were to die for, and the afternoon tea was a delightful touch! Plus, the charming gardens added a cozy vibe to our stay.
While the pool was inviting, some guests forgot to rinse off, leaving a gross layer of sunscreen floating on top. Yikes!

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay was pleasant, with lovely staff who arranged a last-minute dinner reservation at a fantastic seafood spot nearby. However, the room felt cramped with limited space for our belongings. For a more enjoyable experience, consider opting for a larger room or bringing fewer items.
